REGISTRATION
You must be at least 18 years old to participate and provide accurate and complete registration information
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Registration Fee - 30% of Costume Price
Carnival costumes are custom-made items; therefore, please be advised that once registration is completed, no exchanges or switching of categories or costumes will be facilitated by Island Revellers.
Registration Deadline - June 8th 2026
PAYMENT PLAN
June 8th 2026 - 50% of outstanding balance
July 20th 2026 - Payment of outstanding balance
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE and will not be refunded in the event you are unable to participate.
Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in order cancellation.
COSTUME
All information submitted via the registration form is final. You must ensure that all sizing is correct as costumes are made according to the submitted sizing information. Please ensure the accuracy of your bra size and cup. The sizes submitted are final. Please note that wire bras are not available in sizes larger than 40DD.
Refund claims will not be accepted for incorrect sizes. Changes to measurements or sizes will not be allowed after registration. It is not the responsibility of Island Revellers to make any alterations to your costume or to supply shoes or tights.
COSTUME PACKAGE BENEFITS
Benefits include Luminara Costume, Vibes Pouch, Live Music, Hors d’oeuvres, Lunch, Unlimited Beverages, Island Revellers Service Agents, Sponsored Luxuries, A True Bacchanal with Island Revellers, Professional roaming photographers & videographers
COSTUME COLLECTION
Persons collecting costumes on behalf of a registered Reveller must present a legitimate Photo ID. The registered Reveller must send an email including the contact details, name and ID of the individual collecting the costume on behalf of the registered Reveller. If costumes are not collected, there will be NO REFUND given.
LIABILITY WAIVER
Island Revellers advises that all Revellers are responsible for their own safety and the security of their personal possessions during parade or any activity in relation to Island Revellers. Island Revellers will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss to person and property by any Reveller, third party or independent contractor. Each individual Reveller participates at their own risk. By completing the registration form you waive all rights to claims for use of photographic or video images of yourself in any promotional media.
REFUND POLICY
For the avoidance of doubt, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will refunds or credits be issued. All Sales are final. No Refunds will be given. In the event you are unable to participate NO REFUND will be given.
The Grand Parade of Troupes is currently scheduled for August 7th, 2026. In the event of postponement or cancellation due to weather or natural disasters, pandemics, including but not limited to COVID-19, government activity, strike, protest, War or acts of War, acts of God or any other reason, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, all payments received will be applied to the next staging of our Grand Parade of Troupes.
FORFEITURE
Failure to make payment by the dates mentioned above, Island Revellers reserves the right to terminate this agreement. Please note that if by the date of final payment, you have not made payment for your costume, this agreement shall be terminated, and it will be deemed that you have forfeited your costume and any payments already made.
JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Anguilla.
